Protein, veggies, pro+prebiotics, and fermented foods are all essential to our overall health, gut health & digestion. Protein -> improves gut micro biome balance and function. Veggies -> water, fiber, and polyphenols. The more colors, the better 🌈


Take these 3 steps to a better gut, and a healthier YOU:


  1. Look at your daily habits. How am I doing? My self, my body? 

  2. Make a mental connection. 90% of nervous fibers that connect our gut to our brain, send information from our gut to our brain, collecting the quality of our nutrients, how our immune cells are doing, how our blood hormone levels are doing.

  3. Cleanliness, out and in. Too little microbes in your environment is not a good thing. Real cleanliness isn’t about killing all bacteria, it’s about having the right amounts of gut bacteria, good and bad.
